Message-ID: <8335@potomac.ads.com> Date: 6 Feb 90 14:57:29 GMT Organization: Advanced Decision Systems, Arlington VA Lines: 14 I've noticed something rather odd about my Apple Macintosh mouse. If I position the cursor at the top of my screen and then move it quickly down and then to the right, lifting the mouse slightly above the pad as I do... the cursor will jet in a straight line to the right-hand side of the screen and stop. Is this a software problem or is the ball inside the mouse that frictionless? Or is the mouse sensing hardware defective in some way? It doesn't seem to do this on the mice at work but upon closer examination it looks like the ball in the mouse at work is bigger than the one at home. Hmmmm.... is Apple cutting corners or something?
