The RISC/os 4.00 (and 4.20) Release Notes states conformance to portions
of SVID, Issue 3. I have contacted AT&T a couple of times regarding SVID3
very recently and have been told there's no such thing yet. I would like 
to know whether this is a typo or is there a draft of SVID3? If the latter,
how/where can I get a copy of that? Thanks in advance.
