Has anyone out there ever interfaced a piece of custom hardware that they
built to a Sun with either the MultiBus protocol or the VME Bus protocol,
and also installed their own device driver into SunOS? I am trying to
determine the scope (and cost) of such, and I would appreciate any
comments that anyone could give (as in, "YUCK!  VME was awful," or "Don't
cut into SunOS, do ...")
