When I bought it, two of the four banks were filled with 256K chips. Over the summer I upgraded to 640K by adding 2 banks of 64K chips (at the suggestion of a Radio Shack Computer Center employee who'd never even heard of a 3000HD). If you require more memory, you will have to utilize AT compatible memory expansion boards and use up I/O slots as needed. I know that the Everex, AST Rampage, and Tandy memory expansion boards all work fine in a Tandy 3000 HD machine. *********************************************************************** Earl W.
