If this is really DWB 2.0 those letter macros (which I don't find
particularly helpful) should be there. What you may have is the 2.0
roff stuff but the 1.0 macros file. I found that to be the case with
the vendor from which I purchased my DWB 2.0. A quick call to them
resolved the problem.
