I am working on a talk facility that will allow up to four
users to communicate at once. One problem I can't resolve is
that my socket always buffers the input. Is there any way
around this? I would like CBREAK mode for sockets if possible.

Any solutions for UNIX and INTERNET domain sockets would be 
appreciated.

I am on a sequent machine running a version of 4.2 BSD.
