I am looking for X11 function that iconify a window when called
from an application. I know that on SUN there is a function
XIconifywindow that does exactly what I want, but unfortunately
the Xlib I have on VMS does not have this function. There could
be a function with the same functionality with another name, that
is why I need your help in sorting this. 

If there is not such a function available on VMS could you please
tell me how do I go about doing this.
