I am doing a project of converting a suncore version of a geophysical software into` an X windows version. I would like to have the opinion and directions on how much time it would take to do the conversion it is a 800 line program using segments. I have never used X windows but am quite comfortable with UNIX & C. I would also like to know what is the kind of material that i would have to read. (Any suggestions for books or papers available) Thanks in anticipation krishnan@cs.uh.edu
