If you FTP'ed a new release of g++ 1.36.34 from mango.miami.edu before 1:30PM
February 1, go back and get vms-collect.exe.Z.  I forgot update this file.
Same for gxx-vms.tar.Z.  I updated the source for vms-collect in the latter
tar saveset.
