This is correct, man pages are a BSD 4.3 feature that are not currently
part of AIX PS/2 or AIX/RT.

However you will soon see enhancements that go well beyond current
man page implementations. Man pages consume huge amounts of disk
storage that most PS/2 users aren't willing to give up. Newer technologies
will provide a solution to the problem.
