Hi Bill,

My twin brother from Minnesota is in charge of several
vending stands run by blind people.  Minnesota has past
a law that anyone selling cigarettes to person sixteen
or under, will be fined $1,000.00.

He is wondering is there an electronic devices that can
check ID-cards for birthdate or driver license.
