Yeah, if it would be only $10 to $20 extra.  But I am pretty skeptical, 
for it is likely that they would jack the price another 100 or more 
for the tv with a decoder chip.  However, in either case, it would 
still be cheaper to buy one with a chip than one and a decoder separately.
