The idea of breaking out a new hum hierarchy is excellent, and
would eliminate some, if not all, of the trevail of zapping
sci as Chuq suggested.   It also can spare some groups the
*perceived* ignominy of being placed in talk without a
Sextonian dodge for purposes of sneaking past siteadmins.

Indeed, one might describe the idea as a hum-dinger!

Now: what are the rules/guidelines for newhierarchying?
