I use the all-except method. Then again, I have only three users 
on my system, all of whom can be expected to not do foolish 
things. (And I'm the only one currently posting.)

My own opinion is that, if you expect just anyone to be posting,
you should modify inews to accept only a limited set of
distributions.

Maybe this should be added to C news?
