I would like to propose the creation of a new group, for the
discussion and interaction of those interested in windsurfing.
(rec.windsurfing)  What are the views on this proposal?
Is there enough people interested in this sport out there
to warrant the creation of this new group?

Remember it is the newest, most unique sport today!  And most
likely one of the most enjoyable!
