I think this proposed newsgroup is an excellent and a very exciting idea, and I have seen nothing so far to make me object to Harnad as a moderator. However I think it's important to try and preserve some semblance of rational structure in the newsgroup hierarchies, and so I would reluctantly vote NO on the newsgroup under the proposed name.
