Last week I posted about my TV turning my lights on and off.  Someone
(unfortunately I lost your address) suggested that I add some sort of
a filter.  I used one of those metal block EMI/RFI filters in line
with my TV and it has solved the problem.  In fact, now I can control
all of my lights when the TV is on!
