If you coerce, threat or give unwanted attention to somebody, you are sexually harassing. And, if you wrongly accuse somebody of sexually harassing, this person is sexually insulted. If a group of people are unjustly and openly accused of engaging in sexual peer harassment, they are sexually insulted as a whole. Yes, the Sexual Harassment Office should apology for her ``mistake''.
