   Wrong, they hire a drummer AND a percussion player. Someone like Vinnie
will go in, lay down the groove. Then, a little later, they will hire someone
else, like Lenny Castro, to add something to the song with Percussion. Toto
uses MANY different percussion players because they specialize in certain
areas. Castro is a great Latin player, Joe Porcaro is great with the more
orchestral percussion.
