I don't think it was an attack on anyone and was very well established with sufficient scripture. The only question that I had as I mentioned earlier was that maybe the possibility that a marriage was never ordained by God. In other words a marriage that has been entered into by unsaved people. In Elizabeth's case her first husband was definetly not a beleiver and I beleive that such a marriage is not a marriage in God's eyes. The bible only applies to beleivers not unbeleivers.
