Yes they see us a s only different from them and we see them as off base butJesus did'nt call us to be hindos or buddists or moslems. He called us to be disciples of His, not the other religions. Your remarks almost put me on the defensive and I was gonna write a smart alec response, but that would'nt be Jesus. I hope you understand pluralism has no place in Christianity, you're eit her hot or cold for or against. My attitude was and still is Christian toward y ou please don't sit in judgment of me, because I don't conform to your belief. Don't force your pluralistic view on me. Please check your own motives and test your own views against the Word of God, don't pick out just the parts you want to read look at all of it and I believe you will come to the conclusion that Jesus is the only way to the Father, the only way to salvation, and the only wa y to Heaven, from a Christian view. The hindos, moslems, buddas and others don' t even believe in Heaven and that paul is fact and is not an ignorant statment. How can you even argue these peoples case if they don't even believs in Heaven? The bottom line is Jesus Christ is the only way. Not the works of so called ri ghtous men, not their karma none of it. If you can't understand that then you o bviously don't understand what Jesus did on the cross, and ultimatly you don't understand Christianity. Was Christ's sacrifice in vain? Did He die on the cros s so somone like you could tell me that if I'm a good person and try not to kil l bacteria that I can get myself into Heaven or that another person can get the mselves into Heaven. You must be joking. Its not a case of whos a good upright person its a case of belief in Jesus Christ. Wide is the road that leads to des truction and narrow that leads to life. dave hale
