I don't think a discussion of other faiths can hurt us if we keep it in it's proper perspective. We have all compared them with what our bible tells us. We are supposed to question things and compare to the word of God as our guide. Our bible talks about other faiths. I think not knowing about other faiths can be more harmful than knowing. If we know th at a certain faith is against Christ and his teaching we can guard against the wolf in sheeps clothing. Remember some false teachings will seem to be real good and in tune with God.
