Paul Rowland (CMSPMR01@NAUVM) has passed along this tip to EDPOLYAN users
on IBM CMS systems who may be limited to the use of NOTE for E-mail.
    You can quote from a mail item that you have received from the List so
as to create context for your response by following these steps:
      1. RECEIVE the item into your FILELIST;
      2. Begin a NOTE addressed to EDPOLYAN;
      3. Use the GET command to retrieve the mail item into the body of your
         note. Add lines, delete lines, use quotation marks as needed to
         create a sensible quotation;
      4. Add your comments and send the note.
