It appears in my experience that teachers lack leadership training and in some cases want to participate but do not know how to. Also, their appe ared to be a lack of respect for ideas from one professional to another. I t w as a good idea and had some merit if it was from the principal, but not from an other teacher. I am interested if anyone has some good information on teacher training for SBM and how behaviors change due to the training.
