Looking for someone to review a paper describing a new method for
graphic creation of clouds, mountains and sea waves.  The paper's title
is "Semi-globalization of stochastic spectral synthesis", and the
reviewer must be quite knowledgeable about Fourier spectra, and
fractional
brownian motion. The paper has a great deal of mathematics.
Paper contains beautiful color pictures of synthetic
