  What the #@!% is NetData Format?  Maybe I should know but I don't.
I'm asked around and nobody here can help me.  I have downloaded a few files
and during the transfer I got the message that the files were in NetData Format
.  Later I transfered these files to my PC, took them home and tried to edit
the file.  It was a simple text file but came out looking like hyroglyphics.
Do these files need to be UNENCODED?  HHHHEEEELLLPPP


  Now off to fight some evil bytes, no need to thank me I'm just doing my job.
