I came across this quote in this week's Nation--from a Scythian
      philosopher--Anacharias--"Laws are like cobwebs, strong
      enough to snare the weak, but far too weak to detain the
      strong."  So that's why a Secord and North could get a
      tap on the wrist and some poor smuck gets tossed into the
      clink for thievery or possession.
To you poetry lovers--just picked up a book on campus--The Love
