Thanks for thoughtful comments regarding the question as to why many
more people do not know about Stalin's atrocities.

One answer was that it was not directed aainst one identifiable group.
In the case of the Holocaust--the atrocities were directed against specific
groups--but what about the Ukraine and the forced starvations?
