Due to power problems GITVM1 was down from 18:00 on 2/9/90 until 2:00 on
2/10/90.  We will be down again from 00:00 until 10:00 on 2/11/90 for HDA
replacements.  I apologize for the short notice on this and for the
inconvenience to your users.
