We are feeding IBM-MAIN into Netnews at PSUVM.  We've seen the duplicates
too.  As long as the files have a Message-ID (which IBM-MAIN does), Netnews
rejects the second copy that is sent.  Other groups that have been sending
duplicates are GAMES-L, MINIX-L, FRAC-L, and PAGEMAKR.
