We have circ up in our Main library but not yet in any of our branches.  All
branch holdings have the 'CIRCULATION INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE..." display in
LUIS.  According to our head of Information/Reference, this causes no problems
for our users.  When they encounter it, they ask for assistance or contact/go
to the branch.  If no note were available, we suspect that they would do the
same thing--ask for assistance or contact/go to the branch.


We do not have the "CIRC INFO NOT AVAILABLE" display on Main copies without
linked items (which are legion).
