We have not received any NOTIS-L messages for more than a week.  Can someone
inform me how I track this problem?  I tried sending a "note" to LISTSERV at
TCSVM but it was returned saying that there was an unrecognisable command.
Please respond to me and not through the Listserv.  Thanks in advance for any
assistance.
