I sent a message last week to find out if anybody has done a VITLS tape
load to NOTIS 4.6.  No reply yet.  **Has anybody done this?**  I can't
make it work -- fund file won't update -- and I can't figure out why.
Could be 4.6, could be that we're VSE 3.1 and I need to reassemble all
these programs, could be I'm doing it wrong -- could be anything!  Has
anybody made this work?  I'm getting crazy here!
