We are using Arcnet here, and really don't have a problem w/ the network drivers loading and then Windows loading on top of them. However, we have been trying to get it to run on our ethernet net (it's not a Novell), and have been having a lot of problems. There are a few tricks if you run into problems that MS tech. support can fill you in on, like adding a line in the [386] section of the WIN.INI file, (EMMEXCLUDE=memory page fram range), which tells Windows 386 to load after a certain point in memory.
