This happens consistently across different letters. I recommended trying capture with varying timeout values. They say that they tried /ti=30 =45 =90 =120 all with the same results. Question: Does anyone know if this is a problem with capture, with the printer, or with the codes that word perfect is sending to the printer? Is there anything that I should have them check in printcon or printdef that would account for this kind of a problem? +--------------------------------------------+ | Barb Deschapelles | | University of Dayton | | Office for Computing Activities, | | Telecommunications | | Dayton, Ohio 45469 | | voice: 513 - 229-4040 | | Bitnet: DESCHAPEL@DAYTON | +--------------------------------------------+
