Thank you very much, Clem Taylor Here is the question I would like you to post for the novell forum for me. _______________________________________________________________________ I generated an external bridge using Netware v2.15 and two Proteon p1800 boards in an IBM PS/2 model 55. I used the default configuration and generated a real mode bridge. When I attempted to activate the bridge, I got the error message "Error initializing LAN driver. Pronet 10 device not responding on LAN A. The server will be shut down". I called Novell. They had me download a pro101.arc file from compuserve nova library 5, unarc the file, and copy some files to my brgen1 and lan_drv_002 diskettes, which I did. Then I regenned the bridge, and got the same problem. Does anybody out there have any ideas for me? Thanks.
