     I had a strange experience.  When we run NDIR OWNER= it works fine for
     every owner name except LEE.  If I set OWNER=LEE, the listing contains
     a random assortment of files owned by different people.  Even after
     deleting the LEE account, then recreating it, the problem persisted.

I would suggest running bindfix.  Sounds like lee's entries are fouled up.
