We had the following problem with Bindfix.exe: the last time we ran it,
it drastically reduced the size of NET$BIND.SYS and NET$BVAL.SYS but
then we couldn't create accounts anymore. We were receiving the message
"Memory Full" during Syscon/User/Insert. We run Novell 2.15a.
