Can the sender of a mail message be notified of the successful delivery of his
mail when it goes out to an INTERNET connected machine?

We are using PMDF 3.0, CMU 6.4, and VMS 5.3.  The SMTP server is CTCP_SLAVE,
and the companion to that is CTCP_MASTER.
