The Levin book is called THE HOLOCAUST:THE DESTRUCTION OF EUROPEAN JEWRY 1933-45
and the edition I have(trade paper) was put out by Schocken Books in New York in
1973. The book is copyrighted 1968. Does that help all those interested?
