  I'm looking for a follow up.  At one point you suggested
that the government actually derived only a small fraction
of its income from personal income taxes.  I remember seeing
an article in our Providence journal suggesting that the
total from personal income tax was upwards of 40% of the income.
(Perhaps more...my memory is hazy on this.)
  The issue came up when you were discussing how you would
realistically reduce taxation.
  Could you please back that up, or tell me I'm delirious and
didn't really hear you say that at all....
