Valentine....Thanks for the info about the drug testing in Maryland...
that is my home state...I guess I had better writ my representatives.
Yes, I do think that mandatory drug testing is a violation of the 5th
Amendment to be secure in your papers and person, and not to have to
testify against yourself.  then again...that's just my opinion...
I have no idea what the case law is.
