No procedures developed using the Verion 5 tools will work with
Version 6.06.  User-written procedures are dependent on a series of
routines previously made available with the SAS Base Product.  These
routines have been changed significantly.

New routines and other tools necessary to create user-written PROCs
will be available as a separate product (NOT a part of the Base
Product) and apparently will be out shortly after the initial release
of Version 6.06.
