Some time ago (early 1980's) I heard about a statistical package (called EXPLOR) which was a design and optimization code written in FORTRAN that could handle the design of mixture experiments. I think this package was developed at General Electric. Does anyone know if this package is still in existence and, if so, how can I get a copy of it? Thanks for your help.
