I would like to thank SAS-lers for their prompt replies to my PROC
TABULATE query; I used the solution recommended by Cindy Walawander:
I would also like to thank Howard Schrier to send to me a solution, and
pointing out that there is a SAS manual that deals specifically with
PROC TABULATE.  I only wish that PROC TABULATE was more clearly written
in the SAS basics manual.
