There was no mention of a date display on either of them. Could you please post the model number of the one you have? And does it in fact display the day of the week as well as the date? I'd prefer a simultaneous time/day/date display (as I think I said in my original posting); I'm not fond of the ones that blink back and forth. Still eager to hear from anyone who has seen something like that.
