On Feb 1, the Futurebus+ P896.1 Logical Layer forward (950 lines) along
with information about working group participation was posted here.
Unfortunately, the posting had a non-obvious subject line, i.e.

At Buscon the week of Feb. 12, Futurebus+ will be officially announced by
the marketing types.  Following this, we should have more information on
how to get the specs, which I'll post here.
