   Does anybody know where I can find any of the following:

   1) a TSR to redirect characters from one serial port to another? I
have two computers but only one has a modem, and I would like to access
the modem from the other computer.

   2) A PD or shareware serial LAN, not necessarily very sophisticated,
just enough to allow file-sharing via networked drives.
