Does anyone know if it's possible to send mail to a user of
Tymnet's ON-TYME e-mail service (The Corps of Engineers subscribes
to it.) from the internet?  Someone recently posted how to send mail 
to MCI-Mail and I was wondering if there is a similar service available.
