We have a dialout Trailblazer with a fixed DTE speed.
When a V21 V23 modem is called and answers the modems both respond with CONNECT
followed by an immediate drop of carrier ( ie NO CARRIER ).
The trailblazer says it connected at 300 I don't know if this is the correct
(CCITT rather than BELL ) 300.

Any ideas.
